Refund policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchasing our service without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an order is 24 hours from the date you book/purchase our service or digital products. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement with Justified reason of cancelling.

Enrolments which are cancelled in the middle of training session, no Refunds will be issued. However for cancelled orders refund will be issued with in 7 working days.

Conditions for refund:

In order for the purchase to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The services/products were purchased in the last 24 hours

  • The reason should be valid ( No silly reasons will be entertained)

The following service/digital product cannot be cancelled:

  • Recordings of Live sessions for SAP BASIS, HANA, INSTALLATION, UPGRADE, MAXDB.

  • OS/DB Migration Documents, SAP Installation, SAP Upgrade Documents

  • No Refund for 1:1 sessions booked for specific topic or Package

  • No refund for Server Access purchase

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of any purchase that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
